Lucciano's used to have a digital menu based on televisions, updated with USB drives. They were looking to make communication more efficient while also replacing screens that were reaching the end of their lifespan.
A digital menu solution was implemented with Dex Manager software embedded in Samsung professional screens for each location.
The digital menu consists of dynamic content designed to reflect the brand's image. Dex Manager combines content pieces designed by Lucciano's marketing department and integrates them with the Dex Store pricing and product management system.
