Dex Manager managed multi-screen Menu Boards so that customers had a 100% improved experience when taking orders.
La Birra Bar has been taking care of every detail of its gastronomic offer since 2001.
The challenge for Dex Manager was to efficiently present the menus in each location. The old televisions that were updated with flash drives were discarded and an optimized digital solution was adopted that reduced waiting times and improved the brand image in the rooms.
Two templates were designed: one to display the burgers and another for the beers. This gave the company the possibility of modifying the content in minutes and updating it throughout the network of stores and franchises. We managed to perfect the communication, and the success was such that we also accompanied La Birra Bar in the opening of its stores in the USA and Spain.
