Design and implementation of interactive simulators and smart stations.
ICBC, the financial institution founded in 1984, needed to facilitate access to new technologies for its clients in Argentina. To do so, pilot tests were implemented for several projects that would be used in the branches.
Dex Manager managed interactive simulators that guide customers and facilitate their use of mobile applications. In addition, smart self-service stations were installed to facilitate self-management of information by the user.
